RETURNS

We work hard to make sure our garments are in tip top shape before being shipped off. If you are not happy with your fit we will gladly exchange it for a different size.

The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving your package. All garments must be unworn with swing tags still attached and in a re-sellable condition in order for an exchange. 

Swimwear may not be returned due to hygienic purposes. 

Spirit Activewear does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only Policy. There are no exceptions for late returns.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please email info@spiritactivewearsa.com with your name, order number and item you wish to exchange. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

There are no exchanges or refunds on orders outside South Africa.
